Mary Catherine Lundquist has over 27 years of clinical and administrative experience in geriatrics specializing in dementia care, supporting family caregivers, training professionals and providing community health education. She is currently the Program Coordinator of the COPSA (Comprehensive Services on Aging) Institute for Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Disorders at Rutgers Health, University Behavioral Health Care. COPSA includes the Geriatric Assessment Center, The Memory Disorders Clinic, The Care2Caregivers Helpline and COPSA Consultation and Education Services. Her expertise is in designing and implementing programs which enhance the quality of life for individuals with memory loss and their caregivers. Dr. Arun Rao, MD, FACP, AGSF. CEO, Geriatrics Planning & Solutions, Inc.

Dr. Arun Rao, has a BS, with distinction from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, with a concentration in Biological Psychology. He received his M.D. from Rutgers - Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and did his Internal Medicine Residency at Rutgers - Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and Geriatric Medicine Fellowship at The University of Michigan Medical Center

Dr. is a NJ native- having lived here for over 50 years. He entered the field of geriatrics because of his early experiences with grandparents with whom he lived for some time. More recently, Dr. Rao experienced geriatrics from the perspective of a caregiver and family member in caring for his father who passed away due to Lewy Body Dementia. He brings an understand the complexities of caring for a loved one and advocating for them to be at home- managing a complex hospital and rehabilitation stay, coordinating care with aides, family, nursing associations, home care agencies, and even hospice.

Lisa Lewis Bio

Lisa Lewis has an undergraduate degree from The George Washington University, a Master of Public Health, Healthcare Policy and Healthcare Communications from Saint Joseph's Haub School of Business an EMBA in Pharmaceutical Marketing and Management and a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) from the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc.

She has a passion for driving global change through strategic engagement and advocacy.

As the Director of Global Engagement, she fosters engagement, advocates for change and drives innovation on a global level by designing and implementing health strategies. Ms. Lewis believes by connecting organizations, government entities, and individuals, we can leverage the power of many to achieve a healthier and more equitable world.


Linda Cademartori Barba Senior Manager, Marketing and Communications at Alzheimer's Association Delaware Valley Chapter

Linda Barba has been engaged with the Alzheimer’s Association since her father was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer’s in the late 1990s. As a volunteer, she has been active in fundraising for such events as the Walk to End Alzheimer’s (Team Friends Fighting Alzheimer’s) and The Longest Day; attending and presenting at education programs and panels; participating in advocacy efforts on state and federal levels; and facilitating a caregiver support group for adult children—a group in which she participated when her father lived with the disease.

One of Linda’s proudest accomplishments is playing a role in the passage of the New Jersey Safe Return Bill (2005), which mandated dementia education for those serving in law enforcement.

In 2014, Linda joined the Alzheimer’s Association Delaware Valley Chapter staff as a member of the Marketing and Communications team where she is responsible for media relations, social media and marketing campaign execution. Most recently Linda added the title “Research Champion” to her role, tasked with speaking competently and passionately about dementia science and the Association's global leadership role in research.

Linda’s work is built upon nearly four decades of experience in healthcare direct marketing, public relations, and media relations. She received her B.S. in Communications from Rowan University.


Morgann Adams Outreach Coordinator

Morgann Adams is an outreach coordinator at the Penn Memory Center. In 2017, Adams graduated from Spelman College with a bachelor’s of science in chemistry. She then completed her master’s degree in interdisciplinary health science at Drexel University. Adams is passionate about bettering health outcomes, especially for underrepresented populations, and advocating for equitable health care access. Prior to working with the Penn Memory Center, she worked on the outreach team as an analyst for a mobile pediatric unit in Atlanta, GA. With her current role, Adams is excited to work with the Philadelphia community to increase minority representation and participation in Alzheimer’s disease and dementia related research studies.
